I would have no hesitation in recommending Nicola and Heatons to any company if they are looking for office furniture. They were a pleasure to deal with.

We were looking for a trustworthy partner to help us with our furniture and interiors for our new building and Richard mentioned Nicola at Heatons and that perhaps we should have a discussion with her. I had an initial meeting with Nicola. She told us a little about herself and about Heatons and what they offer.

Nicola has been with Heatons for 26 years, this said a lot to me about the kind of person she is. She also talked about previous projects that Heatons had been involved with. This initial meeting lasted quite some time, around 3-4 hours and I knew by the end of this meeting that I could trust her to come up with the right scheme / image I was looking for and at the right price. We did change our mind on a couple of occasions! Having not done this before, it’s hard to visualise sometimes, but the mood boards definitely did help.

Heatons installation team were also very good. Quick, tidy and cheerful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nicola and Heatons to any company if they are looking for office furniture.
