We were delighted to work on this project with Royston Labels, located in Royston, Cambridge.
Heatons were introduced to Royston Labels through Accio Construct and Consult. Accio were responsible for the refurbishment of the building and we had worked with them on previous projects. Nicky, our Interiors Director had an initial meeting with Paul Clayton (M.D) of Royston Labels so as we could understand their requirements and vision for how the new offices should look. The office space is predominantly on the first floor, with the ground floor being more customer focused. There is a large boardroom and customer facing room. All the areas are very spacious and bright. We set up a further meeting so as we could present our ideas. We produced mood boards to showcase product selection along with colour schemes. Paul was a pleasure to work with during the decision process and once the order was placed we kept in touch on a regular basis prior to installation. We are really pleased with the overall look and feel of this project. The desking is from Quadrifoglio with storage from KI. The reception area and boardroom is oak veneer and white gloss from Sven Christiansen with soft seating in the reception from Nomique. The customer room has a mix of Frovi, Connection and Quadrifoglio. This was a lovely project to be involved with and we wish Royston Labels all the best for the future in their new working environment.
We were introduced to Heatons via our contact Richard Rust at Accio. We were looking for a trustworthy partner to help us with our furniture and interiors for our new building and Richard mentioned Nicola at Heatons and that perhaps we should have a discussion with her. I had an initial meeting with Nicola. She told us a little about herself and about Heatons and what they offer. Nicola has been with Heatons for 26 years, this said a lot to me about the kind of person she is. She also talked about previous projects that Heatons had been involved with. This initial meeting lasted quite some time, around 3-4 hours and I knew by the end of this meeting that I could trust her to come up with the right scheme / image I was looking for and at the right price. We did change our mind on a couple of occasions! Having not done this before, it’s hard to visualise sometimes, but the mood boards definitely did help. That said, when we finally placed the order, I was still a little apprehensive about how everything would come together in the end. I needn’t have worried. I have to say that on the final day of the installation when I did a walk round with Nicola there was not one thing that I didn’t like. I was extremely pleased with the quality and the overall look of everything that we bought. Heatons installation team were also very good. Quick, tidy and cheerful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nicola and Heatons to any company if they are looking for office furniture. They were a pleasure to deal with.
