Bespoke Product Design

We offer a fully bespoke sourcing service. If your customer requires something completely original, bespoke, customised or Pantone® matched, our experienced sourcing team will work with you to inspire, create and bring the product to life, in budget and on time using our 4 step solution.

Step 1 - The Brief

Whether you already have a clear vision of what you need, or even if it’s just a vague idea, get in touch and let’s begin. Email us your brief with as much detail as possible, including descriptions, quantities, materials and your time-frame.

If you’re not sure what you’re looking for and need some inspiration, contact us and discuss your requirements with a member or our promotional gifts team.

Step 2 – The Proposal

Once we fully understand your project goals, the design process begins. We then present you with a design proposal that meets both your brief and budget. Sometimes it can be hard to visualise how your creative ideas may look, even with designs, and that’s when a sample can be invaluable in making your final decision.

We listen to your feedback on things like product, shape, colour, design, material and finish and making any changes as we go.

Step 4 - Delivery

Once your order arrives in our warehouse, we inspect the goods to ensure everything is as it should be. Your order is then dispatched to your designated delivery address.
