Our response
Heatons put forward a proposal to take care of all of Hillside’s print, copy, scan and fax requirements and we were delighted to be awarded the tender for their Managed Print Services. We replaced the existing machines with new superior equipment and better positioned them to suit staff requirements and streamline workflows. The supply of toners and maintenance became automated and remotely managed, with a helpdesk facility available to help with any queries.
With no further need for any involvement by members of staff, they were able to concentrate more fully on their role within the school rather than being ‘printer monitors’.
At the heart of the solution is our print management software which measures, monitors, reports and controls print usage for all staff, ensuring the bursar is always able to keep spend within the school budget.
