1. Orders and artwork must be approved by 11am on the two days prior to qualify.
2. Maximum order quantities vary for each item.
3. Artwork must be supplied in editable EPS or PDF format.
4. One colour print/engraving to one position only (product dependent).
5. Delivery to one UK location only.
6. Orders will be dispatched same day or next day service. Standard courier time is before 6pm. Please note, we cannot guarantee delivery as this is subject to transit times and third-party couriers. Highlands, Islands and all other EU countries have longer transit times. Timed delivery services are available at an additional charge, please contact us for further details.
7. Every effort is made to match your colour requests but due to the printing process and the nature of the inks we cannot accept any liability for colour variation.

9. No changes can be accepted once the order is submitted. This includes quantities, artwork changes, delivery address and courier method.
